Shipping and Returns

Shipping: Please see individual product pages for availability and shipping times. We try to keep items in stock, but oftentimes we sell out, so there may be a delay to allow us to build your gear. Global supply shortages have also caused various parts shortages, so please inquire first if you need your gear within a certain time frame.

Large orders may take a few extra days to ship.

International Shipping: Customs, tariffs, duties, and/or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser/importer and will be collected by the shipping carrier before delivery. We cannot modify the declared values to lower your customs fees. 

Please provide accurate address information including email and phone number. Please make sure to check your emails and answer your phone while awaiting delivery or you may miss the carrier's attempts to contact you. If you fail to pay your duties/fees and the package is undelivered and returned to Resistance Audio, your shipping costs will not be refunded as these costs are not recoverable. If the shipping carrier abandons the package in your country due to non-payment of fees you will not receive a refund. 

General Return Policy: Once you've received your gear, there is a 14 day return policy if you're not satisfied for any reason. Most returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which helps to cover our payment processing fees. The CAPI Sumbus is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items must be in new condition, or subject to an additional restocking fee based on condition. Returned items that shipped for free (i.e. VP28 Platinum and Heider), are subject to an additional $15 fee to cover the initial cost of shipping.

Pre-Orders: For pre-ordered items, we will send an invoice for the balance once the item is ready to ship. Payment is due within 5 days. Unpaid pre-orders will be cancelled and refunded if payment is not received. Please let us know if you need additional time to pay your invoice.
